The Beacon could support us establish connections with other Survivors, if there are any. With the connection established we would be able to aid every other in times of need.
The companion application for Frostpunk: The Board Mobile game introduces a completely fresh and optional Trade mobile game mode. It may also be used as a phase tracker and, among other features, it enhances your experience with immersive melody from the video game.
The application is not needed to play the tabletop mobile game - using it is optional and introduces some new, alternative ways of resolving mobile game rules and provides a measure of convenience.
In Frostpunk: The Board Game, in order to survive, you will need to constantly balance your decisions between managing and growing the city, and maintaining the morale and mood of its citizens. After the apocalyptic global cooling, the only heat comes from the Generator in the centre of the city. If you neglect it, everyone will freeze to death. The people who rely on your decisions are all that remains of humanity... A lot of lost their loved ones, and all of them were ripped from their previous lives and thrown into this new, harsh reality. They are the survivors, the ones that created it, but this does not mean they are dispassionate machines.
